In accordance with Article 22 of the Competition and Markets Authority’s Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order 2014 (CMA Order), fee transparency is a legal requirement. As part of our standard process, a Fee Transparency Letter is sent to families once an appointment has been confirmed.
